Online Payment Matching

When someone makes a purchase online without being logged into student access, the studio must match the payment to an existing student or add them new to the studio.

Admin users in your studio will recieve a text message and an email that a online purchase has been made and now needs to be matched. You will also see online purchases that need to be matched on the today page right under 'Alerts & Notifications'.

 

 

Incoming Payments

When a payment comes in, on the back end we do a lookup on the email of the person that submitted the form, and make a recommended 'match' suggestion inside Tula. If Tula does not recommend a match you can easily add a new person or search for and choose the student who made the purchase. Once you match the payment, the credit card is processed and credits are assigned to that student.
