What device works best for recording class audio?

There are a few ways you can record a class and it is all about preference. You can attach a mic to the instructor or place the recorder in the room so a mic does not get in the way. There is also a large variety of recorders that you can use. We chose to use the Sony UX 560 after checking out Wirecutter for the best voice recorder.

What file types are supported and what is the file size limit?

The audio files that are supported are .mp3 and .wav and the size limit is 1024MB. The video format that is supported is .mp4 and the size limit is 3GB.

Who can listen to or watch an Event Recording?

You have the choice of allowing any student access to your event recordings or limiting access to only students with an unlimited pass. In any case the student will need to have an account at your studio and login to access the event recordings. We have more details about this in the Event Recordings setup guide.

Students can listen to or watch event recordings from your Tula calendar or from the Event Recordings Widget. A student can use any web enabled browser to listen to audio or watch event recordings. We have more details about this!
